I started listening to Sinatra and he is simply SUBLIME.. Every word sung distinctly in a perfect clear voice. He has the unique quality of singing even the most mushy words with such velveteen smoothness; it's no wonder the ladies used to go gaga on him.. Take away the jazz background and you will find his voice even more irresistible..
