Che on a T-shirt

It's been a long time since I posted something. I don't know if I was busy or just plain lazy but I am back.. Hopefully I will put a good end to my long hiatus.

The movie "Motorcycle Diaries" reminded me of one thing I had read long ago. The reason young people were infatuated with Socialism is their desire to believe in something.. Youth and desire to change the world, that's a dangerous combination. It's only later that they realize that the idea behind socialism is so profound that it can be implemented only in an utopian world..Can a human being with all his/her shortcomings really put his community/society above himself at all times?
It was foolish to believe that humans can implement Socialism in this world without actually coercing people but atleast they had something to believe in.

But not today's young generation.. For them Che can only be a nice cool fashion symbol which you can wear on your T-shirt. It doesn't even matter what he stood and died for..It's hip, it's GAP and my dad can afford it.. Do I need anything else..
