The big Kahuna

Started watching this movie tonight and had to pause it to blog this down. Three guys (Kevin Spacey, Danny Devito and Peter Facinelli) are industrial lubricant salesmen(of all things!!) trying to get a new big account whose president they nickname as EL GRANDE KAHUNA. Spacey and Devito are oldtimers who have seen the sales bullsh*t for a long time while Facinelli is a relative newcomer. They get a hospitality suite on the 16th floor of a hotel in Wichita where they are trying to
rope in the BIG Kahuna..
Devito reads Penthouse the entire time while they are waiting whereas Spacey barrels the greenhorn Facinelli with his nonstop views on life and the sales industry.
Coupled with the fact that Facinelli is a shy religious kind of guy things get really interesting.. Some amazing dialogues in the movie..

Facinelli talking to Spacey : How long have you two guys known each other?

Spacey replies : Well that depends on what you mean. In geologic times we just met. However in dog years, we go way back..

Need to get back to the movie now..

Comparing art forms..

I was reading this somewhere about how to compare between different creative art forms. For example, let's suppose I have a story to tell. Now this story can be
1. Written out by a writer.
2. Sketched on a canvas by an artist.
3. An actor/actress may play it out.
4. A composer can create a symphony which tells the story.
If we assume that all these creations are able to successfully accomplish the objective of rendering my story, then how do we decide which is the superior art form. Do we compare based on the number of audio/visual senses used or the ease of use of the artform?
